SOTAC was commissioned by The Artful Dodger Pub to design, manufacture and install a pylon sign that complemented their establishment and encompassed the surrounding horse community. The 26 foot pylon sign included a 3D whiskey barrel and a 2D horse that was hand-sculpted using high density foam, hard coated with a polyurethane coating, airbrushed with industrial enamels and then clear coated.  The Artful Dodger Pub’s name was backlit and illuminated by using push-through letters.  The additional signage included a Liquor Store sign which was also backlit with a high-end LED message center below.  The message center is a key advertising tool for the Pub and Liquor Store as they announce sales and events.

For many years, the Pub has welcomed patrons and their beloved means of transportation … horses.  The Pub does not only provide great eats and thirst quenching drinks but they also provide a secured paddock which allows patrons to gallop over, whet their whistle, all while the horses relax in the corral.  Not to mention, horses and patrons are allowed to trot through the liquor store drive-thru window before heading west towards the sunset.  Yee Haw!!!
