Here’s a first look at our latest work with the City of Coquitlam, enhancing the Evergreen Line along North Road and Clarke Road. We were commissioned to manufacture and install the North Star Gateway Feature, Clarke Road Gateway Feature and Street Markers, illuminating the route with a dynamic lighting display that responds to the SkyTrain as it passes by. The lights change with the seasons and can be custom-coloured for special occasions. This stunning project has been two years in the making – and there’s still more to come!

For the past 2 years, Challen and I have been working with the City of Coquitlam on a substantial project encompassing the Evergreen Line along North Road and Clarke Road. Recently, Hound Asleep Custom K9 Shelters donated a Tape Measure Dog House to the Baeumler Family Foundation Gala as an auction item. Our hopes were that the dog house would generate a sizable contribution and enjoyment for the prospective bidder and their canine family member. The host of HGTV’s DIY Network – Million Dollar Contractor Steven Fanuka was one of the celebrities at this charitable event.

SOTAC was honored to have been approached by Brian Baeumler of HGTV to donate an item to their 1st Baeumler Family Foundation (BFF) Gala. We are once again excited to announce that we will be donating an item to this charitable cause. The BFF 2nd Gala will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto on May 22, 2014. Our hopes are that the donation will generate a sizable contribution for the BFF and enjoyment for the prospective bidder. We will announce what our donation was along with photos when the event has concluded.

State of the Art Concepts Ltd. is moving effective November 15, 2013. We are not leaving B.C., just relocating to the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.
