SOTAC was commissioned to create a Wacky Courthouse and rooftops that would replicate the children’s zany themed water park below.  The courthouse and roofs were installed directly over the water park’s structural play area. Inside the courthouse was a large water tipping bucket that was fitted with a hinge system which allowed it to dump water onto the park guests below.
